You guys literally said in the ticket uou sent me that it was a bug and unintended and I should be refunded the gold and to file a bug report and I did file a bug report. If its for the mount take away the mount then and refund my gold, but this is a bug you guys yourself admit is a thing

I dont feel it was handled correctly at all or even looked at by a human all responses feel heavily automated for a seemingly simple fix that I know CS used to handle in the past.

I followed all the rules sent by the in game ticket response system and even refunded the item in game immediatly but I was not returned the gold. I wouldnt be to bothered but 420k is a lot of gold and the triple bot response in game has been rather frustrsting.
