it’s a sad state of affairs that on april 1 it’s unclear if this is satire. Hopefully it fails even faster on april 2.

Still surprises me that we no longer consider the support-maintenance-junior dev pipeline worthwhile. Support can be a great experience for the soon to be junior & can give them the big picture so they can concentrate on the dev learning.

been mentoring a junior from a non cs past - trying to impress upon them that design takes practice so doing it every time makes it easier. plus have seen too many throwaways become permanent
