It's Shrove Sunday (but Tuesday) in Sweden today, or "semmeldagen" as we also call it since we eat the "Semla" (a wheat flour cardamom bun filled with almond paste and whipped cream). My work meeting this morning was hence in a patisserie. Spring flowers brightened up the walk back.
