You don’t win the Nobel Peace Prize by bombing Iran, random boats in the Caribbean, threatening war with Mexico, threatening invasion of Canada and Greenland. You don’t get a prize for funding a “police force” that disappears people without due process;

It was a dr recommended technique and worth a try. Helped my three kids without chemicals. I use the technique. If it works it works. If it doesn't? Then just carry on. It will likely help someone. But yes. Was trying to help. Never belittle.

Just have them blow out pretend candles. Can't tighten the muscles ( big source of pain- tight muscles) when blowing. Easy.
