This is a breakthrough in multi-modal single-cell technology
I’ll be speaking at #ASH2024 this Sunday in the 16:30 session 651 (TME in #Myeloma), discussing our single-cell immune atlas of precursor and symptomatic myeloma, and my work studying how tumour-intrinsic features shape T cell differentiation through disease evolution. Hope to see you there!

Sharing this great article from team of @kischober.bsky.social. Shows convincingly that above a minimum threshold, variation in TCR avidity does not influence subsequent clonal expansion or temporal dynamics, and in the excellent discussion argues that such features may be purely probabilistic.
