7 years ago, I was in pain, mentally and physically.
I got diagnosed with celiac disease and quickly lost 90 pounds. Heart rate dropped, bp meds gone.
I had to rehabilitate my body since I was in excruciating pain due to my bones and muscles. I took up yoga and planking. Anyone can do this!
