Was das ist? Eine lockeres Lunch (oder Käffchen) als eine Mischung aus Livestream und Videokonferenz, wo es rund um Kanban gehen soll. Wer ein Thema hat, bringt es mit, und dann schnacken wir drüber. Wenn es kein Thema gibt, nutzen wir die Zeit für losen Austausch.

I may be biased here, but maybe look into Kanban. It's a method for change management that will start where you are and improve your delivery step by step, sustainably, as opposed to some revolutionary, radical changes to your way of working. 😬
