Speaking of my mom, I've been meaning to show off how she painted my nails for the first time the other day. I love her very much <3

Another nice thing is that since a bit over a week ago, I've been getting up earlier in the mornings to walk with my mom and listen to a book together. She can't walk as far as me yet, but she's getting better every day.

I felt really happy and accomplished after all that. I want to keep up this experiment and see how far it can take me.

I got dressed in the morning, instead of staying in pajamas. I remembered to brush teeth after breakfast. I got all the chores I needed to do done and then some, instead of wasting time on youtube and worrying about thing I can't contol. All while complimenting, encouraging, and loving myself.
