More single family housing is being bought up by investment firms.They are not interested in affordable housing, and building generational wealth. I bought my first home when I was in my late 20's.Today's younger generation is looking at their 40's.if they can even afford to buy a house.We need to stop corporate interests from buying houses as an investment to make money.Its isn't enough they are buying politicians; more single family housing.
