i drew a birthday pic of them but when coloring, didn't realize I ran out of black color pencil. So I tried to substitute gray and navy blue but it didn't turn out great 😭🤦 here's the original sketch so yall can see the vision; might post the color fail tomorrow

Also the ending where Jinshi answers the shrine keepers question and they look at him as if he were the authority figure/emperor himself!! The way Maomao looks at him in awe and understanding too, trying to unravel his mystery but not wanting to know too much either before it puts her in danger 🥺💞

The Shrine of Choosing!! Love the JinMao teasing by the emperor having them go through the shrine with Jinshi as "emperor" and Maomao as a "consort". Also, I know JinMao has a big height difference but it looks like they exaggerated it in this epi a few times

And finally, the Emerald arc ending pic. Honestly, this picture deserves an entire breakdown by itself. I feel like all the characters positions here are so strategically placed. Even as a kid looking at this picture, I always thought it was weird how the Kantet was separated.

Like...Red didn't have to be the one to pick her up here. Assuming Blue couldn't lift Yellow, Green could've easily picked her up. Red is worn out and just stopped a plane from crashing. Green was in better physical condition to lift her but nope, Red *has* to be one to pick her up 👀👀
