But think of the beautiful lives they had before! They have gone through their whole lives to this point without meeting a bully. That is incredible and blessed. Sorry that their first had to be Trump but honestly they are lucky lucky people up to this place in their lives.

I sort of think that the NO NO NO toddler level tantrum was because Rory interviewed Gary not 6 months ago so was completely familiar with Gary's CV and was just lying to undermine the tax wealth not work rhetoric. But maybe he is going to apologise.

Given that Nathan Gill has been convicted of taking payments from Russia to push Russia propaganda but no one can point to any difference between what Nathan Gill did and what Nigel has said either Nigel did it for free or he was paid.

No shade.

Of course it is.

Except in so far as they are Trump voters.

Not the flex he thinks it is.

Crown's his self king,
Pretends be a service member that he earlier pretended to have bone spurs to avoid,
Shits on America,
Fuels the persistent rumours about him wearing nappies to deal with incontinence.

The cheepness and the immaturity are the point.

I strongly advise ICE staff to keep records of their colleges criminal acts so that they have something to negotiate with when prosecutors start looking at who did what when and who should carry that criminal liability.

Nevertheless when kids go wrong look at the parents and the environment they provided for that child. Gun owning parents particularly should be closely investigated and charged if evidence exists when their dependants use guns in the commission of crimes.

That is a very generous even handed portrait.

On the other hand Tyler Robinson reportedly grew up in a MAGA household full of guns. How on earth to weigh these things up?

With or without religion, good people can behave well and bad people can do evil; but for good people to do evil - that takes religion.

Only with capitalism. see 'Technofeudalism: What Killed Capitalism' by
Yanis Varoufakis for a story about where surveillance capitalism has been and is going.

Isn't that the truth. I know that Starmer is meant to be the other side but so often I think he has also said things that embolden the deplorables.

Racists are racists, immigrants are of immense value. We need to attract them and make our country a place where they can be safe and want to come.

You cannot be this thick. The arrest of the Priest Sue Parfitt ages 83 on terrorism charges is obviously an attack of free speech. There are lots of ways to deal with the damage to planes at Brize Norton, criminalisation of the entire group is clearly an attack on free speech.

Installing the Trump administration was just good business for some parts of the news media. People are reading more papers and watching more news TV than they were under less psychotic regimes.

What choice did the Wapo and the NYT have? They have shareholders; this is just a business decision.

You don't need to subscribe to listen to that podcast.

Alistair did irritate me though. He used most of the arguments that David Runciman used to advocate for the expansion of the voting franchise to include 6 year olds to support the more limited expansion to 16 year olds.

Yes. I think that is correct.
May I direct you to the work of:

Exactly. Every accusation is an admission.

It is fair that the hammer should fall hardest on those who voted for the GOP which I think this bill does quite effectively. There is a reason that red states are poorer than blue states. Obviously we feel for those who didn't vote for this.

I assume that Piers Morgan is proposing that asylum seekers staying in UK hotels are armed by the US military industrial complex to make the analogy valid.

The people who believe the rapture is coming. Are they being used by billionaires who just want lower taxes and servants because since you can't take it with you they are piling it up for clout/the good life? Or to bring global unrest and nuclear war because they think that will trigger the rapture?

You could put a stop to it really quickly by charging the vendors CEO's and personal shareholders as accessories.
