Looks great - public space sized for people, not motor vehicles. The black & white makes 1988 seem like a long time ago, Victoria has transformed their streets in just the last 10 years.

The city has been providing a free downtown bike valet for several years, we are advocating for more secure bike parking around the city. Kamloops is mostly flat except for Sahali and Aberdeen, e-bikes solve that issue. People ride in far worse winter conditions than we have (Montreal, etc)
