Displaying precious crap is one of life’s greatest pleasures

I’ve heard this throughout my life. It’s basically saying “I want people to survive, I just don’t want to help them survive!” Wow what a good stance 🙄

It reminds me of Adobe’s stranglehold on the artist community. You get so comfortable with a tool and build a skillset that’s so niche that it becomes hard to transition to something different.
