Murals, posters, and graffiti now depict a Banksy-style Sandwich Guy across DC. Meanwhile, the current hoagie mishap is just one more example of American division at a time when blue cities in particular are drawing the ire of Trump, and as more National Guard members deploy nationally.

Courts have ruled that men can’t stop/seek damages for an abortion. Now the push is to reframe these cases as wrongful death. Abortion opponents hope a case will make it to the Supreme Court, potentially piercing shield laws that protect blue-state providers prescribing pills across state lines.

Police identified the attacker as a woman in her early 20s, who they believe was a former student at the school. She died of a self-inflicted wound. The motive remains unclear. Since Columbine in 1999, there have been 434 school shootings.
