Deck is consistently mid with an insane turn or two when it pops. It's sort of like combo boltyn in my eyes in that regard. It's a great armory deck, but you start to see the cracks in multi round/day events

I don't know why you couldn't. The Shield type is Equipment - Offhand. However you can't have two offhand so you can have a singular shield
