When I made this I challenged people I know on Discord to name at least half of these characters and if they won I'd draw kigurumi mask art of whichever one of these characters that they pick. Two people managed to do it individually and they both picked Neon Violet so here she is!

Only for some reason when I make lists and things like this I have the need to limit myself to 1 thing per series for variety
