Didn't read the solicit on this one or bother to look at any previews. Just saw Chip Zdarsky and @valerioschiti.bsky.social and added to my pull list. This book is not what I expexted...but it's incredible! It's what I wanted even if I didn't know I wanted it yet. Great premise, exquisite execution!

I recentely read Big Jim and the White Boy and it is one of my favorite graphic novels ever. An incredible remaining of Huck Finn that was almost impossible to put down. Written by @davidfwalker.bsky.social and beautifully illustrated by @marcuskwame.bsky.social, I can't reccomend it enough.

Shout out to @manruss.bsky.social Benjamin Tiesma and Vladimir Popov for maybe my favorite single issue I've ever read. Pretty sure this is the first comic I've ever read that made me pause my reading so I could write down quotes.
