I would also like to see a crafting system for enchantments that included finding more rare items for the most powerful enchants. The random roll and XP grinder loop isn't fun.

I agree that tools need better and more diverse enchantments. Besides Fortune and Silk Touch.
What if tools had 'converter' enchantments, like an enchantment that converted all gravel you shoveled to coarse dirt? Or Birch to Oak wood etc for your axe.
