did some troubleshooting with em tho and got it to fit with some modifications. so I declined the refund. and they'll send me a replacement if they find that the design needs to be modified. this has all happened in the past like 4 days btw

also had a problem with the fitment on a PCB enclosure I bought so I asked the seller like hey it's bowing a bit on one side, is this normal. and in their response they were like no that's not normal we can give you a full refund if you want. ??????

these are the only surviving photos of the original CMYK boy. I don't know where the thing went. it's still somewhere in my possession

the idea is: black backplate, white everything else, with blue, pink, and yellow stripes running down the center. clear shoulder buttons and black face buttons. maybe some sparkly automotive paint. we'll see

you can read/write saves from official cartridges but can't change the roms. need flash cartridges for that. again, insidegadgets and bennvenn make the best ones. funnyplaying cartridges are good too. cheap chinese ones are hit or miss

you either need insidegadgets' GBxCart or bennvenn's Joey Jr., both run about ~$45 and are effectively the same thing. they connect to your computer via usb-c and read/write cartridges using the FlashGBX software

stay tuned for updates. in the meantime you can appreciate this new game I bought from the dev. it's like tetris attack but cooler and is designed for very short play sessions so it's easy to boot up and slam through a few games
