I’ve missed cooking nicer meals at home on weekday nights. This one being sauce-less for a calorie deficit diet. Taste of the PNW: sockeye salmon and lobster pinwheels, garlic butter mashers, and Shanghai bok choy. Paired with an Upchurch Sauvignon Blanc.

This time a year ago I was 270lbs, currently 195!
None of that Ozempic or stuff involved, just healthy lean keto diet and intense cardio habits. Hoping to get back to 175-180lbs by next spring.
