Attrition rate increasing. Air defence cover in Crimea is be coming totally inadequate. UA sea and air drones can touch anything in the Black sea, the and the sea of Azov with proper planning and resources. Not every target but any valuable target. Unsustainable and soon untenable for russians.

Maybe leave the bridge barely standing so russians can leave on foot and then finish the thing. They're not doing very well in the current Crimean climate. It's getting very hot and there's little fuel, food or water. Plenty of drone strikes and power outages.

Erdogan is not gonna be happy if more of Turkiye ships get hit and surveillance drones fly around his coastline. He's a bit more hardline than other NATO country leaders and I think he benefits little from russia or the war at this point.

No one is going to keep more than 800k active duty soldiers in a country the Ukraine in PEACETIME. Would make no sense economically. You can still have like reservists like we have in Finland. Not a real limitation. Call them special police or private security or something and no limits apply.
