💚 we haven't posted in a while due to being extremely busy in our real life, but we moved to Roswell, New Mexico recently; it's a lot nicer than the Dallas—Fortworth area of East Texas in terms of climate. things may still be stressful, but they're looking better slowly!

💚 we haven't posted in a while due to being extremely busy in our real life, but we moved to Roswell, New Mexico recently; it's a lot nicer than the Dallas—Fortworth area of East Texas in terms of climate. things may still be stressful, but they're looking better slowly!

💚 a few days later, we're now looking at refactoring our NixOS modules so we can separate our kernel/zfs/coresystem modules from our graphical environment and user modules!
theoretically once we're done separating and proofing, this should make our NixOS experience better!

we have been learning way more about NixOS, ZFS, and various things like Flakes
it's complicated and i'm not sure i fully understand all of it yet, but we're getting there slowly!
