We are not doing this, folks. Democrats need to run the race in whatever social and political context they find themselves within and we need to let run that race. Purity is for religion not politics.

A great movie “No” discusses how the opposition built a campaign against Pinochet based one idea: “democracy should be fun.”

Did I say I am obsessed about the English Civil War? Did I say I am obsessed with Infrostructure, which is government provide information? I am officially obsessed with Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson’s opinion requiring the return of a public database listing appropriated expenditures.

President Trump: Now, I will start attacking the census.

My work claims intellectual property and administrative law needs to engage in the work of understanding its relationship to publics and counter-publics. Beyonce was doing the work last night: she is consciously using a concert to make a claim this is Our Country, No Tyrants, No Kings, Only Queens.

BlueSky is too nerd to pick up on the radical vision of politics that Beyonce is engaging on Cowboy Carter Tour. She starts with the Star Spangled Banner. She explicitly builds a physical space that is radically inclusive, diverse, and equal, from how she selected the song list to the visuals.

Not one of these EOs listed in this letter is valid. Notably, no statutory language is listed. The President’s agenda is not a statutory reason for termination. It really is just straight up lying and people should start just suing the government in the Court of Claims.

I have been joking about the Imaginary Orders and Imaginary Authority to Issue Said Orders, but now the latest Trump motion is names an Acting Doge Administrator (when no such person has been appointed to the position), so now the Acting Doge Administrator is an actually A Figment of Imagination.

I clerked for a wise district court judge. Once as I pled for her to an innovative position, she said to me: when I write an opinion on a tough issue, it is better to cautious and careful than overturned. My basic read is Judge Chutkan did the right thing today.
