sounds very familiar. GPs always told me to lose weight - felt very blamed & shamed. Optic neuritis in 2011 (good that episodes ON are now ALWAYS f/up) and diagnosed in 2021 with many brain & spine leisons. A MSK physio that identified that something wasn't and referred me straight to neurology.

Or the sheer amount of £££ NHS money wasted/ misspent or fraudulently obtained by individuals and companies who profitted (enabled by the then government) during covid pandemic whilst NHS staff worked tirelessly, often to the detriment of their physical & mental health (some fatally).

Nothing about ++ money wasted on private companies who charge the NHS huge amounts of money to deliver often poor quality & harmful services (e.g the private psychiatric hospitals) or companies sueing NHS after not being sucessful in retendering when didn't provide what they were contacted to.
