It was a blast this year despite it was supposed to be canceled due to issues with the previous host Botel... Well my group of friends from VRC found a much better one, Botel Marina, where we were staying.

I finally be a not lazy and actually finish something what was laying around since last summer. It has "xmass leds" in it, controlled wirelessly with an ESP32+audioreactive Wled. The head has the master controller with the microphone embed inbetween the eyes.
Next will be the wings...

Well my new leds arrived. Since I used hot glue to fix the fur to the headbase, I had to tear a bit, and one of the eye got demaged so I have to remake it... Otherwise I have repalced the broken leds with the new one, works so far... not as good as the strip was, but its much easier to work with

Aaaa yeah the sleeve measuring makes sense, I never did any sewing before this... So if I understood correctly I have to sew all layers with one thread sandwitched togather.. Well I will see for my self I guess if I need to add some shoulder straps for it to keep the sleeves from dropping off..
