Yes! I'd say Aloe can be easy to take care of as long as it's under indirect sunlight and in a dry spot since it's a desert succulent (Lily family I think).

Note: I'd just be careful not to over water it + make sure the water is room temperature ☝🏼

Heya, I actually have lots of indoor (herbs: Mint, Oregano, Coriander, Basil, Dill, Aloe, etc.) and outdoor plants. We also have a garden & harvested some squash yesterday.
