Cake turned out fine, bit too dense for me. Probably because I used a different butter that didn't soften or not enough baking powder. Family liked it tho
Also know of any good yakitori sauce recipes or any subs for cooking wine? Using more mirin didn't work and my go-to stopped making the sauce. :(
