I had a bit of a mental snap last night that I wasn't expecting. I didn't think anything was wrong. I really wish anxiety and depression came with a handbook. I'm okay now, I overslept tho. I hate this. I hate waking up sometimes.

My brain no worky today but this remains true.

This is the type of year that I'm all about. Sweater weather, cloudy days, rain, warm skies while the air temperate. I'm hoping the next two weeks is full of spoon gathering.

And the hitss keep coming. Just got a call from my sister about my mother trying to get between my Sister and her Boyfriend because they're in a Poly relationship. And far less importantly now my birthday plans are basically in a mess and I'm not going to be talking me mother or a bit.

I don't want to explain or get into it. I'm just not good right now and I need a fucking break.
