Noel has enemies, but his biggest enemy is himself.

Noel is also has a contrast with some of the 02 kids.

in the end, they kept a bit of those rough ideas, also the concept of blinding justice (Soleil) + the issues about being too much nonconfrontational (Lune) + deceitfulness (Noel)
But they got more softened and they became the 02 kids' foils -- "what if they had their flaws/vices worsened instead"
