Super Special SpaceGodzilla was summoned by the Giant Dark Emperor to destroy Godzilla, but with the help of Fire Fighter Jet Jaguar, he was able to distract him with a giant hologram of himself before knocking one of his shoulder crystals off, causing him to retreat to space.

In the 18th story arc of Godzilla Island, a monster with the name "Super Special SpaceGodzilla High Grade Type 2" appears on the island after G-Guard destroys an Xilien fog machine projecting a hologram of SpaceGodzilla. This may just be the longest name for any kaiju in the Godzilla franchise.

Located in Hibiya Godzilla Square in Tokyo is a 3-metre tall Shin Godzilla statue. Not only is it the largest outdoor Godzilla statue in Japan, but according to the plaque, it also houses the surviving script and storyboard for the original 1954 film, fittingly described as the "soul" of Godzilla.

It is common knowledge that Godzilla himself has no concept of cardboard manufacturing.

Lastly, it is worth mentioning the upcoming second season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters will also feature a Kraken-like monster. While it is possible this could be Na Kika or the Kraken from the Skull Island anime, we won’t be able to say for certain until the season is released.

The second appeared as the overarching antagonist of the Skull Island anime, sporting a drastically different design and bearing the distinct name of “Kraken” in concept art. The creator, Brian Duffield, was not allowed to use Godzilla elements in the show, and thus was never informed of Na Kika.

In the King of the Monsters novelisation, Na Kika was described as having “a dense, curving cone-shaped shell”, but lacks that characteristic in Godzilla Dominion. Illustrator Drew Edward Johnson would later clarify that Na Kika lost her shell prior to the events of Godzilla Dominion.

The first of these is Titanus Na Kika. She first appeared in the official novelisation for Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019), where she was given the nickname “Kraken” by Monarch. However, she was not given an official titan classification until the Godzilla Dominion graphic novel in 2021.

A peculiar inconsistency in the lore of the MonsterVerse is that, to date, there have been two interpretations of the Kraken, and it seems Legendary has been undecided on which is definitively considered it. This thread will go over both and speculate on a possible third on the horizon.

Some more activity page scans featuring Godzilla-kun and Mario characters with various tokusatsu characters.

A selection of activity pages based on Yukio Sawada's obscure Godzilla manga "SD Godzilla World: Godzilla-kun", a series that ran in TV Magazine from February to November of 1991. These are noteworthy for being rare instances of Godzilla crossing over with Super Mario characters.

The front cover of a TV Magazine Deluxe issue. The title roughly translates as "Definitive Edition Godzilla × Mechagodzilla Decisive Battle Super Encyclopedia". While I cannot find much info about it online, I happen to own a copy myself, so let me know if you'd like me to scan its pages sometime!

The opening of the first two educational OVAs for "Get Going! Godzilland" (a series that lasted from 1994 to 1996). The first two episodes were focused on the hiragana alphabet and counting, and were titled "You Can Read! You Can Write! Hiragana" and "You Can Count! Counting 1-2-3!" respectively.

It was modelled by Shinichi Wakasa and his company MONSTERS Inc. and worn by suit actor Tsutomu Kitagawa. The replica suit's smooth appearance and the lighting setup in which it was filmed is the reason some fans mistake it for the use of CGI. It even managed to fool Gareth Edwards!

In Godzilla: The Art of Destruction, director Gareth Edwards recalls a flashback scene in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla where the original Godzilla is disintegrated by the Oxygen Destroyer. This scene is often mistaken for CGI and was actually made using a partial replica of the ShodaiGoji suit.

ADDENDUM

Godzilla and Miku costumes were also released in Fall Guys. However, the Godzilla costumes were released in July 2022 and the Miku one was released two months later. Given they weren't promoted alongside each other, it's safe to say this doesn't technically count as a crossover of the two.

During Mothra’s brief fight with Godzilla in Ebirah, Horror of the Deep (1966), there is a moment in one of the shots where you can glimpse a cigarette entangled in Mothra’s fur.

One can only imagine how much it must’ve reeked of tobacco on set for this mistake to be left in the final film.

While there is no direct translation for this advert, and translation websites such as Google Translate don't seem to help, Reddit user u/wutx2 on the r/vintageads subreddit offers an intriguing interpretation through the two idioms used in the ad, "Though it be small, it's a monster of a machine."

A Japanese ad for the Canon “New Belpia” photocopier featuring Baby Godzilla, printed on a telephone card. It can be inferred that this was a cross-promotion that occurred around the time of the release of Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II in late 1993, although it's possible it occurred sometime after.

While Fortnite isn't the first time Godzilla and Miku crossed over, as illustrated in this post, it does however mark the first time the two worked together against a common enemy. It is also technically the first time she has crossed over with King Kong, as he was also present during the event.

Fortnite now marks the third time Godzilla and Hatsune Miku have officially crossed over. Their first time together was in the 2019 anime film "Shinkalion the Movie", but they later crossed paths again in Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble, before reuniting for Fortnite's "Zero Hour" in-game event.
