The way most jobs are structured and given how unaffordable childcare is, unless the 2 PM time was to allow for extracurricular participation, I would have school end at 4 PM. When you think about it, Friday is a “wash” from a certain perspective even though a lot of learning will take place.

Beginning March 31, people will no longer be able to verify their identity with the SSA over the phone. Those unable to verify their identity through the agency’s “my Social Security” online service will be required to visit a field office in person to complete the process.
