It’s so disappointing to witness. I agree @ ‘exposing’ 🙌 While I understand the history/legacy of colonialism & white privilege in North America, I struggle to understand why so many CHOOSE to live a culturally lobotomized life instead of learning, understanding & growing out of learned biases. 😕

I worked in group homes for girls when I was younger and adequate staffing was a constant challenge. As was sustainable funding for things like healthy food, mental health programming, and basic safety and security for residents a staff.
