Check on your friends. Some of them are going into some dark rabbit holes because they don’t have enough interactions with real people. Call on the phone, meet up for a meal, go on a walk together. IRL community is critical now more than ever.

If you haven't journaled in a while, get back to journaling. We are in a period which will be truly transformational and life the way it was will not be what it will be. Capture how you're feeling in the moment. It will be difficult for us to remember!

A few tips to regulate your body post-turkey day:
*Fast 12+ hrs
*🚫 breads, rice, sugars, dairy, beans
*Drink a green smoothie w/green veggies, flax seed, 🥑, a little fruit & either cold pressed green veggie juice or coconut water in mornings
*Eat fish (🥑 or nuts if vegan) & green veggies
*Drink 💦 💦
