Alone, On the Mountain in the sun.

The picture was taken in Iceland. The sun blooms from the top left corner of the image, illuminating the snow being swept across the the top of the image on the ridge of the mountainside. There is a lone person on the corner of the cliff top towards the middle of the image protecting themselves from the cold crisp air. This image is just one Of the most beautiful sights I saw whilst in Iceland, a view and country I will never forget.

A picture taken in Oxford Circus during sunset. The yellow pedal taxi stood out from the other mundane black and cars around (just off camera view) the sun is setting in London. Shadows are starting to cover the buildings but the sun is shining and illuminating the walls in parts. It’s a busy day with other road users and you could almost hear the exhausts and the people bustling amongst each other on the pavement if you closed your eyes to think about it. The pedal taxi driver is relaxed and waiting for his next customers.

London. Shoreditch. The iconic ‘Gherkin’ building is in the background, I pitched up down the road and waited for the one of the many buses that travel along the route. I slowed my camera shutter speed to take a picture of the bus. The multi coloured lines are the bus. I used cool tones to represent the city and it was also taken at night. This made the bus stand out more. London. Shoreditch. A landscape view of the River Thames, this time at sunset. This picture was taken on a slow shutter speed. It captures one of the boats flowing across the river and this is shown as long multi-coloured lines coming from underneath the bridge. The sky is split almost in 2 halves the sun setting to the right of the picture and the night encroaching on the last remaining sunlight from the left. Traffic travelling across Westminster bridge also are captured as long colourful lines towards the upper middle Right of the image. The Slow shutter speed captures the lights reflecting off the water illuminated from the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and other light sources.

The Kelpies of Falkirk. “Baron” In Scottish folklore, a kelpie is a shape-shifting, malevolent water spirit, often appearing as a horse, that lures unsuspecting individuals to their watery graves. The Kelpies are two monumental, 30-meter-high steel horse-head sculptures by Andy Scott, located at The Helix Ecopark in Falkirk, Scotland, and are the largest equine sculptures in the world, celebrating Scotland's industrial heritage and Clydesdale horses.
