Sometimes I struggle with the understanding that I am the one who determines what I do and don't deserve. I am the one who allows disrespect. I am the one telling myself that is tolerable.

I always feel like of I just did the right thing, I can get the respect I deserve. But when someone refuses to respect you, you can't make them. You have to just decide what you will and won't tolerate.

One time in college I had a mental breakdown over the amount of emails and phone notifications I was getting.
On one hand, yes, I'm definitely autistic.
