Dinner tonight was herb roasted tilapia

Last fried item I made, been getting better at frying with practice, although I still find it scary and I can get burned. Although cutlet is so much easier than deep frying.

I underestimated the recipe and made way too much 😭 Everything was nice though, but it will reheat so poorly.
