Charlie worrying about him being HURT doesn't mean she suddenly has a great relationship with him or fully bonded though?? That is a careless way to show their lack of bond. She can still show actual worry without it being a fix it all to their relationship or taking up time in scenes.

It missed the mark & didn't show as intended & That is okay to admit or acknowledge it could have been shown better instead of brushing it off as people whining or expecting him to be treated like glass or as a child. I think it is fair criticism for that scene.

Tht part is true but I'm talking more about how people act like it's treating him like a kid or its a waste of time wishing just a tiny bit more care for his injuries from his own daughter was shown even if just helping him stand. Remarks how she didn't 'kiss his boo boos' feels unfair & dismissive.

It didn't need to devote extra runtime or overdo it like he isn't an adult. It could have been shown in literally ONE frame without treating it like he needs his 'boo boos' kissed or making it the main focus, it is okay it didn't end up happening but it is fair criticism...

Fair. But I do feel like if roles were reversed people likely wouldn't act like expecting a tad more care is babying Charlie. Lucifer being older & her father doesn't mean it's silly/pedantic to wish especially when his injuries were played up as more severe then reality during the song, that's all.

I think some are blowing it out of proportion or mocking how people were wishing for how the care was shown. Was it terrible? No. Could it have been shown way better? I think so.

Like someone made an edit of just the ONE frame where he was sliding off and edit it where she's physically supporting him but not making it a huge deal. We need to stop treating all criticisms as whining when some are fair...

I am not against a queerplatonic even if I kind of hope and prefer them romantic but I'm a little worry if people start expecting it to play out EXACTLY like that just because Viv liked a few ship dynamic posts of it or said their dynamic is going to be unique.
