I feel this pain so deeply... Even worse, the UI elements are frequently interspersed with PDFs that you can't highlight the text of to then manually translate for yourself. Idk what CMS library is behind this but it's the bane of my existence here.

Forgive me if I misunderstood your requirements as you listed them but isn't what you're describing satisfied by Vue Vapor? It's being rolled out in the 3.6 alpha release (currently at `alpha.2`).
