Hi Katie! I’m a 36y/o intestinal cancer survivor. After 15 years of diagnostic testing and Drs telling me “I’m fine” I had 18 tumors and 25% of my small intestine removed in June of 2020.
I’ve never really known how to poop good.
No shame in this game— take those good poops when you can find them.
