Customer service should be one of the top priorities in a business. I always reply to any customer emails I receive within 24 hours and I do my best to get my products to the customer even if I have to pay out of my pocket.

I was with @skynal.bsky.social in 2022 MFF in person as she commissioned a near 500$ custom patch from you. It’s been 3 years with little to no updates. This is highly discouraging to see and very off putting.
future customers need to beware of your lack of communication and ghosting commissions.
