I like ivory head roaches. They mostly hide under substrate, but if they trust you enough they will peak out.

I worked in a insect zoo. They knew when I was there because of my music and would come out.

Also roaches make good chicken food. Plenty of protein to regrow decimated flocks.

One of the games in the bundle, Misspent Youth, is in my top ten favorite RPGs. I love it so much, we played it on Tabletop. Here's a link to the first part of two.
