20 years ago, I moved to Canada, motivated by fear that the USA would become an authoritarian, right-wing, violent country that I would not want to live in. Now it is worse than I imagined. It's not unusual to hear "I'm going to move to Canada" but I actually did it, and thank God. #TeamCanada

20 years ago, I moved to Canada, motivated by fear that the USA would become an authoritarian, right-wing, violent country that I would not want to live in. Now it is worse than I imagined. It's not unusual to hear "I'm going to move to Canada" but I actually did it, and thank God. #TeamCanada
