Later I saw him in the airport saying loudly “all these states that are democrat run…..!” I am really worried about the simmering anger of white men. It put everyone on edge

I got emotional with my students about how they read the text and discussed it as a group. There was so much empathy and desire to listen. It gives me hope for our next generation.
