to be fair all the new stuff they add or change seems to make it worse.... I hate the auto dub and auto translate features they added, its so bad.

seemed it also affected stuff like PSN / Nintendo eshop and the xbawx store :p I know it slowed down gog a bit as well... They probably should have allowed pre-orders... even though everyone says to not do that :p
