Im definitely going to try this recipe! Its a great idea to use greek yogurt so the dish is using healthy base ingredients instead of excessive cheese. Plus I love cottage cheese and I use it in my pasta, dips and even eat is as a snack with pita chips! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree! Sometimes routines get in the way and I just don't feel like cooking so I would rather find a quick fix or order take out. However, I think I need to look into quick meal prepping ideas to help prevent this mindset!

Looks good overall! I think the beta-carotene shouldn’t be an issue at that amount since I believe it just acts as a source of vitamin A. It’d only be a concern in high doses or if someone already takes extra vitamin A supplements from my understanding. #beh353
