The idea that we can fully understand the collapse of FTX without at least some sense of who actually traded on the exchange in big size is clearly untenable.

So too is idea that crypto deserves a pass from the normal standards of transparency everyone else follows in US court.

Now the US Trustee -- part of the Department of Justice -- has filed a similar appeal:

I don’t understand why English judges always (in my experience) decline to simply say at the top, ‘in summary, this was the question, and this is my answer’
