I love that i'm enough of a plane nerd i saw the air intakes on the laid back image and thought "that kinda looks like the intakes from an F9F..."
Underrated plane, glad to see an Aerocat of them, as much as i love the F14, its good to see something else getting anthro'd.

Ok so 1: never noticed that detail before, so thank you for pointing it out.
2: going along with what UBE Chief said, she theoretically could still be the mask, and being turned into the mask caused her clothes to drop onto the floor, Vanity probably didn't get a chance to put them on though.

That's what I'm thinking too, especially with the way she is looking at the mask in the first panel.
