Careless People by Sarah Wynn Wilson is a very good read. Funny in some parts, horrifying in others. I’m near the end of the book and it helped me decide not to continue using Meta.

I just trimmed my baby’s nails while he slept by using a flash light and baby nail scissors that could probably use sharpening. I can only imagine how that might’ve affected his dreams.
