We were so excited to be parents. Within 7 days of finding out, we lost the pregnancy. We had so much joy and love in that week. Having it dashed away has been the hardest. All the excitement for the future and our family just gone in the space of 7 days.

The hardest part of miscarriage is knowing you did everything right for your body, but it still happened anyway. I feel betrayed by my own body.
