I only have 4GB of VRAM, so I processed all of Victoria 3's textures through imagemagick compression to reduce the load to a quarter, and it, uh... well, don't delete mipmaps maybe? I don't know lmao

When I lived in Salem, MA, I'd get bored while insomnia was in full swing around witching hour, and do gravestone rubbings in the various creepy, ancient graveyards around town. I wish I still had that premium goth shit to use for 3D modelling assets. Guess I havbe to google it or take a trip back.

Working on a demo to see if i can reverse engineer mechanics from jRPGs in a modern engine. Needed a map, and I don't think Kenney makes assets like these. Getting somewhere.

I stopped calling myself a gamer the last few gens, with all but indies being out of reach, and venture capital nuking the mean game quality. I have bigger priorities than another overpriced GPU. But no shot I was scoring low. I wrote some of the gamefaqs articles for these.
